Returns Manager

Here at the Westies Shop it couldn't be easier to return an item.

Simply use the order lookup form below and choose the items you want to return. We will then instruct you on what to do next.

Once we recieve your retuned item we will credit or refund your money. The Returns policy can be found below.

 

Returns Policy

Refunds

We have 14 day refund policy. Items that are eligable for a refund should be sent back to reach us within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. This time frame includes bank holidays and weekends. We advise all our customers to send returned items via recorded delivery.

All returns have to be logged via our website returns manager, this enables full tracking of the return and also give the customer up to date information of the status of their return. Any item that is returned to us must be in it's original state, unworn and free from pet hairs and smells (ie perfume/aftershave, cigarette smoke etc).

Seasonal items, such as Christmas specific garments cannot be returned for a refund. They can however be swapped for a different size if they do not fit corrctly.

Exchanges

We have a 30 day exchange policy. Items that are eligable for an exchange should be sent back to reach us within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. This time frame includes bank holidays and weekends. We advise all our customers to send returned items via recorded delivery.

All clothing items are eligable for exchanges. Non clothing items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty Goods

We have a 60 day exchange policy for faulty goods. Items that are faulty should be sent back to reach us within 60 days of the customer receiving the item. This time frame includes bank holidays and weekends. We advise all our customers to send returned items via recorded delivery.
